Clinical Approach

I practice with a consistent use of empathy and warmth. You deserve a space that is solely focused on you.

Free of judgement, 100% of the time.

I strive for my therapy sessions to feel relaxed and comfortable, while also fostering a space of trust for your emotions to feel welcomed and valued. I employ therapeutic techniques from many different modalities, with the primary theories being Cognitive behavioral therapy, Person-centered therapy and Dialectical behavior therapy. I am also EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained.
