Clinical Approach

My clinical approach is rooted in empathy, warmth, and respect. I believe you deserve a therapeutic space that is fully focused on you—free of judgment and grounded in acceptance. I strive to create an environment where sessions feel relaxed and comfortable, while also fostering trust so your emotions feel welcomed and valued.

I take an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. My primary therapeutic frameworks include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which support emotional awareness, coping skills, and meaningful change. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an effective approach for processing trauma and distressing experiences.

My goal is to provide compassionate, professional counseling that supports healing, resilience, and personal growth.
